Queer Caucus

Mission Statement

The Queer Caucus is a collective of LGBTQ+-identifying UNCG faculty and staff who gather to address and promote interests and concerns affecting the broader LGBTQ+ community at UNCG. The Queer Caucus is part of LEARN (LGBTQ+ Education, Advocacy, & Research Network), a larger umbrella collective which also houses and supports the University’s Gender Diversity Working Group.

Affinity groups, an important part of building an inclusive campus climate and creating a sense of belonging, are longstanding at UNCG.
